How can we expect that our case in nvc will be pivot case or other one?

Does this  thing matter with country or anything like that?

Is Country like Pakistan considered to be selected for pivot cases?

I hope anyone can help me on this issue

yes islamabad embassy are pivot cases so u will upload everything online

and in how much time i should getting my case number? And other process to be completed

yes everything done online. read my signature under my comment im like 2 months ahead of u it shows when i did all steps

I was approved TSC I-130 CR-1 on 3/16/18,

Got notification that TSC sent our petition to NVC on 4/2/18

Called the NVC yesterday and they informed me that they (NVC) received my case.

 

The gentleman said that it could take up to 8 weeks to assign a case number but to keep calling the NVC 1-2 per week to see if the case number got assigned before that time period.

Lol, we got the same approve date 3/16/18, and TSC sent the case to NVC on 4/2/18. NVC received my case on the 4/9/18. I think we will get our case number at the same time as well.

for pivot cases after submitting both packages, is it possible to tell scan date or when they look at ur docs

 

or we'll just know if theres issue with submitted stuff or if case complete?

Scan Date is the date on which you submit both packages online. In my experience, once they reviewed the documents, I received an email that there is an activity or message in the message box for you. When I opened my dashboard on CEAC, I could see the documents "accepted" or "rejected" and what I needed to do.

ahh got it so basically u upload them u will know if theres an issue or case complete..
