Please I have a question,so my husband paid the IV fee yesterday and my status said NVC has received your fees and their site was saying IV fee in process, now this morning it’s saying pay now ie for IV fee ,please what do I do?

I might sound stupid asking this, however I don't know what's the difference between pivot and regular cases?

Can someone explain? I'm regular case

Did you get Case number? 
If yes are you asked to mail or email documents?

If mail then its regular case.

Hi I am with you too. 10 weeks today. Please update when you get your case number. I called NVC yesterday and the guy said we should be getting the email with welcome letter and case number this week. I really hope we do.

yeah my wife lives in abbotabad so got one police certificate from there but since her family home is in lahore she also got one from lahore i think because different district. theres some rule not sure about. so two police certificate.

 

photographs not required after i spoke with nvc so i just uiploaded pic where i wrote i spoke with nvc rep and they said photo not requried now but my wife will bring passport photos to interview.

 

i also uploaded 2 marriage certificate . one had the original in urdu and english translations together in one file. they said if u have translation, have on one file not two. i also uploaded nadra marriage certificate.

 

then uploaded her passport biographic page in portrait not landscape,  i think thats it.

It depends on your consulate name. For example, Montreal, Canada has a code MTL. The list of consulates for which the documents need to be uploaded online, is not available now on the NVC website since they are adding more countries to the list. I think you can call NVC and check or wait for the Welcome letter.

I am following yours as I am one day behind you, so I am at 10 weeks Wednesday. You should be really close as I saw Jan 29th getting case numbers yesterday.  We should keep each other posted.

If I am not wrong, there is only one AOS payment fee for multiple immigrants filed together. IV fees will be separate, however. You could call NVC to confirm.

Hello dear please I have a question,so I paid my IV fee on sunday and it did in process and my status said NVC has received my fees,now I checked this morning and it’s now saying pay now I checked my status and it said pay missing fees,please have experienced this before?

Click on the 'pay now' button and see what comes up? The first time I tried to pay, I got to an error page but after that, it showed 'in process' when the site loaded again. But the next day, it showed as 'rejected' and that's why the 'pay now' option opened up again. See if that's the case for you.

Did they already give you your invoice number? I just got ours when I called but no case number. She said check email but couldn't give a timeline for how long it would take. Week 10 for us is Friday.

Oh man - its taking that long to get a case number after invoice number?? This process is getting slower and slower... I thought we were just about through. Whats your NVC receipt date again? We're Feb 2nd.
