How long for IV fee payment after done paid AOS? Last week on Wednesday the 4th I submitted DS-261 and paid AOS same time. 2-3 business days has been passed for Thurs and Fri so now today is the new week. Any thought? Thanks!

I had mine open up the following day but that is because my husband called and made them review the DS-261 on the phone. If possible, find someone who can do that for you so that things can move along. Otherwise, it could take up to 3 weeks, from the information given in the welcome letter.

Let us know if u hear good news. I called this morning but no luck.

Nope, nothing. I just called and the guy basically said that they have no idea how long it is going to take. They are running behind schedule blah blah.

I have been noticing that non-pivot cases are getting approved within about the same time frame as pivot cases after submitting all the documents. So how does this stupid thing help us? I am really frustrated now. It has been 9 weeks and 4 days.

Not helping us at all...non-pivot cases with the same approval dates as mine are already getting their interviews!

Anyone here with petitions for SPOUSE and CHILD (under 18)......My wife PAID AOS Fee for our child. And my OWN Record shows  "IN PROCESS" but no payment yet... Is there a System Problem or Does it means only one AoS Fee should be paid because my child is under INA Minor Child of USC?
