hey under petitioners required section u can only upload 1 tax file (2017 for me) so rest i will upload under additional section (will be upload 2015 and 2016 tax stuff) thanks!!

Just call them and enquire. And if it's possible obtain a one and the same certificate and tell them that u will  bring it at the time of interview.It's in India we have this problem with the initials. Except my passport , every other document has my initials. But before Marriage my husband told me to change the name in birth certificate as expanded form of my initials. I did and used this as my id proof at the time of Marriage registration. So in Marriage certificate I got it as expanded form of my initials. Now I'm going to change the name in driving license.

Yes, you'll see the option in the drop down menu when you choose the file...you can give it a title of "tax transcript" or "tax return"

Hi just got  approval letter for spouse visa few days ago and its said they send it to Nvc. Whats next now? Thanks

When I first called they told me I’ll have a case number in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, they said they have a lot more cases and it’ll take longer. They did send it to a supervisor after 2 weeks. Today finally I got my case number..I already paíd the first two fees. Yours Will be arriving soon. 

I had to wait 12 weeks.

You will have to wait until nvc receive ur case which can take 1 to 3 weeks. Then 2 weeks after nvc receive ur case u can start calling them and ask for ur case number but it can take 4 to 8 weeks to get case number depends if ur case is normal or pivot

Has any of the late feb / early march approvals received their case number from NVC? My case was received by NVC on March 16 but haven't received my case number yet.

can someone help plz for beneficiary civil docs it says photopgraphs required to upload but i didnt know those were required now but at interview....
