Yes My in laws did as I'm being sponsored by mother-in-law petitioner is my husband.

And they mentioned:

Your case is on hold until you send us the items we need. When you return the documents and completed Affidavit of Support form(s) to the NVC, please make sure that the documents are in the correct order, as stated in the I-864 Important Notice instructions

and then

NVC will continue working on your case and will schedule a visa interview appointment overseas. If you have not included evidence of your assets in your submission to NVC, please make sure that you bring the evidence to the interview appointment. If you do not have proof of assets to meet the minimum income requirement, we recommend that you seek a joint financial sponsor or a household member to join you in financially supporting these immigrant family members.

-----------------

I'll submit it to NVC just lil confusing

However I don't know why this happen my lawyer checked it and still ... However NVC is working quick so not much worried about when I'll get CC just an extra week.

Oh Certification was done by attorney in US. I don't think in court however I believe attorney could certify as well as they're licensed.

So your saying the petitioner and beneficiary will certify their IV package and AOS package with an attorney in their respective countries before sending the documents out to NVC?

As my whole process is been through Seattle, US so as per that attorney's certification is accepted however if filled outside US you might have to get Affidavit

. Still confirm if applying outside US as I'm not 100% unless from US

Good day to all,......a few question who ever got their experience on this....On WELCOME LETTER no. 4 and 5. They say Collect Financial and Supporting Documents respectively... And no.6 It says Submit in ONE package to NVS....Those this means we are not PIVOT ? And Will my wife the petitioner will send all her Affidavit of Support Docs to me. Then I will send to NVC together with my Supporting Docs?...Thanks for those who will answer and have experienced this.... Hoping and Praying to Us all.

ask docs.jpg

Ours are not pivot cases and starts with MNL............ so your wife needs to send the affidavit of support docs along with supporting docs together in one package to NVC. I'm sure that your wife has all supporting docs already in the first place with USCIS except maybe for NBI Clearance if needed to scan & email to her. Good luck! :D

I completed it after I received it though :) Hope this helps.

      • Go to https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx
      • Sign in with your Case Number and Invoice ID Number
      • Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click the "Print Document Cover Sheet" button
      • Your Document Cover Sheet should load. Print this out.

Affidavits are no longer required to be notarized...i actually don’t think anything needs to be notarized.
