I sent them, they confirmed that they have received it. However, it won’t get in line for review until the IV fee is cleared and DS260 is completed.

Congrats dear, please I have a question when you sent out your IV & AOS package did you use a different cover sheet for the both, like one cover sheet for IV one for AOS in different envelopes?also what type of passport photograph is required?

1. No, I use only one cover sheet  (the one in the welcome letter)

2. There is no passport photograph required for NVC, but the beneficiary will need to bring them to the interview.

There’s another cover sheet that different from that one in the welcome letter that you will get after filling ds261 and paying AOS fee right?

I don’t think it’s the same because it doesn’t have the boxes for x the documents your sending and the ones honor sending like the one in the welcome, wish I could send it to you but I don’t know how to

I don’t mean they are identically the same. The main purpose of the cover sheet is the barcode to recognize your case. And they both contained the bar code which represents your case number. The cover sheet in the welcome letter is more detailed, so you know which documents you need to send, and NVC knows which one you sent to them.

Thank you so much! I'm so surprised how email worked for me. I submitted DS-261 choose of agent and paid AOS fee already. Both are in process until I receive another email from NVC to instruct me for IV fee & supporting documents. I'm sure they will send me a welcome letter along. I couldn't find a welcome letter in my email or on CEAC site. Confusing.. he he

Wow! I don’t get any of that lol. Yeah that’s confusing. I guess am going to be waiting a week after you for the letter and all the instructions since my case was one week after yours.

You can included it if you like. But because you asked me what I did, so I just told you my personal preparation.

Quick question. Can we call to have our ds261 reviewed even if we haven’t received the welcome letter yet? Am able to fill the ds261 but I don’t have any other fee showing. The IV fee shows “not paid” but nothing happens when I click on it. Thanks

Hello guys,

Do I need to submit the W2s for the last three years even though I am only submitting the most recent year tax transcript? I filed all jointly the last three years with my ex!

The reason I am asking is because I need to write the income for the last three years as reported at IRS and they were all filed jointly!

Thank you
