Unfortunately no, they told me to email them with the bank statement. And it will take them 2-6 weeks to respond to my email.

just be glad that at least u guys have paid the fees..I am still waiting for my case numbers...9 weeks and 1 day

4/12/17 - NOA1 Sent to Nebraska

1/10/18 - NOA2

1/18/18 - Case Sent to Department of State

1/25/18 - NVC received case

3/30/18 - Case # and IIN assigned

3/30/18 - Paid AOS and IV fee

4/9/18 - AOS and IV fee Status Changed to Paid

4/9/18 - Submit DS 260 and uploaded AOS and IV package

4/16/18 - Case complete

5/7/18 - Received interview email 

6/4/18 - Interview @ 7am at ISL embassy - Approved :jest:

Did you call them and asked? I had same issue my lawyer emailed them around 6 th week and got Case number in 12 weeks due to miscommunication between USCIS and NVC

I have been calling every other day...all of us with pivot cases have been waiting about 9 weeks or so to get the case number...

 

i am am already sick of talking to unenthusiastic customer representatives...sometimes get lucky n talk to a pleasant rep...at other times, I just want to slam the phone down and curse.

I didn't know that email is allowed to send the bank statement if they need something with affidavit of support issue. I thought only via snail mail or scanned documents for pivot cases. Interesting

It is not affidavit support issue. This is the IV fee issue.

Yes they could certainly be unpleasant. I usually call them with excited eager tone however their tone kills my eagerness and excitement. Oh! yeah pivot case take time however mine was regular and still took hella lot of time
