Would I choose yes if I filed up until year 2016. I didn't file 2017 because I wasn't working I was living abroad?

I believe you can put yes here...but should bring a letter explaining why you didn't file in 2017 to the interview, since that will take place after April 17th. I only submitted my tax transcript for 2016...but sending my husband with my 2017 tax return as well, since they'll probably ask for it.

I hope to the get the case number this week . .  . NVC received our case on Feb 12 . . .

Mon sponsor commun et moi-même avons préparé nos formulaires I-864 à la fin du mois de février juste pour être prêts quand NVC était prêt pour ces formulaires ... et je viens de découvrir qu'ils ont sorti un I-864 plus récent qui dit expire 3/31 / 2020.

 

Donc, je suis en train de refaire ces formes.

Ma question est, ai-je le droit de remplir mes co-sponsors I-864 et de le faire signer?

Je me sens mal de lui demander de le remplir à nouveau, et il est chauffeur de camion donc il a rarement domicile / a un temps libre limité ... s'il doit le faire lui-même à nouveau, nous allons le faire fonctionner, je déteste ça ils ont publié une nouvelle forme juste après que nous ayons rempli le précédent.

WEEK 9 for us since NVC received case - still no case number and cannot believe the lack of enthusiasm by representatives when telling them we're passed the 8 week mark. NVC received Feb 2nd. GOING CRAZY. Pivot cases who recently got case numbers, what are your NVC receive dates? Wondering where they are at...

That’s is great news! your case was received 3days before mine. I thought both numbers are given together. You get your case number and the invoice number at the same time. This is confusing

Did you ask for the invoice number? You have to  ask them.

I didn’t,is it supposed to be ready alongside the case number?so if i get the invoice number can I start choosing an agent?

Just did,i’ve gotten both my case number and iv number still have to wait for my welcome letter,how long does it take to get a welcome letter?
