It comes with the case and invoice number and also a cover sheet that shows u a list of things what u need to submit . Also shows aos an IV with how much the fee is and gives u more information about how to complete the case

It looks like the document is on its side, is that correct? In order to read it, I would have to turn my phone. In order for it to be portrait, you would need to rotate it so that the writing goes from left to right...it should be how you would read it if you were holding it in your hands. If that makes sense...sorry this is so confusing! A few of us were having trouble with how they want it.

thank you. I will rotate them. All the English versions are good. it is only the ones in Arabic, which I assume should not matter since they cannot read them. But I will rotate them anyways to be on the safe side.

I called again today and got the same story as yesterday that they’re working on it and doing the “final security checks” after which a case number will be assigned and emailed to us.

Tomorrow will be exactly 9 weeks (Feb 1st) since NVC received our case. And that is after 5 weeks that USCIS took to actually send it to NVC after approval. So that’s 3.5 months with no progress at all. I thought USCIS approval was the hardest part. This was supposed to be faster :(

I feel your pain! My total journey from NOA2 to case number was 4 months...for no other reason than they were just slow. But I did get my case number at exactly 9 weeks! I'm sure you'll get it before the week is over!

Thank you! I hope so too and that it will be faster afterwards as ours is a pivot case. this while process with too frequent and extremely long delays is just frustrating and depressing.

Congrats on your CC! I hope you get your interview date soon! :)

Congrats on your CC! CC in 2 weeks is not bad. All the best for next phase.

For me it was 9 weeks this Tuesday and still no case number. They did give an Invoice Number though on Tuesday and said we should expect and email this week. I have my fingers crossed. I really hope we get it this week so that we can submit the documents and fee asap. Its gonna be 4 months from NOA2 on 13th April. I have never counted days like this in my life. :(

Yeah I'm excited hoping to get CC in 2 to 3 weeks and I would be able to spend my anniversary with my hubby in US

@JBapay  look at my post above...we got case complete...only 2 1/2 weeks after getting the case number!

Congratulations

thanks for sharing good news we all are in next batch. Looking at people getting CC so soon have made me more positive in thinking NVC is taking as less time as possible not like 2017!
