Yes, around 4 PM (ET). :)

I'm just curious,  did you happen to receive two separate emails? We have the same date and I received 2 separate emails around 1:30 pm today. One has (ACL for WWRO) and the other has (PAOSF NVC Welcome letter PTR I-130)). From what I can tell they both appear to have identical attachments.

Because one is addressed to the petitioner and the other to the beneficiary. Otherwise the letters are exactly the same :D

Yes, 2 separate emails received around the same time you mentioned with the same names too :) . One is addressed to the beneficiary(it has no Aos fee invoice page - total 3 pages/sheets) and the other is addressed to the petitioner(which has AoS fee invoice page too - total 4 pages/sheets).

I am gathering documents to prepare the AoS and IV package. I have a few doubts here. My wife is the petitioner and she wants to combine her brother's income too as she is with me in India. I'm still doubtful as what to send for each

of the above categories marked in red. Passport for US Status and Driving License for Proof of Domicile is what I'm thinking now. And the ones with '?', I'm still not sure what to send. Any help is highly appreciated. :) I don't want a Checklist :'(

Hello everyone,

I have a couple of more questions about the i-864EZ form; it is kind of overwhelming when you stress yourself out trying not to make a mistake here :(

So in the income part, I am planning to ONLY send the most recent tax transcript. But the form is asking about each of the income of the last three years as shown on the IRS records. so I am assuming since I filed jointly with my ex, I should put the total, right? and if I put the total income, this means I should send all the W2s for the last three years even though I am only sending one year of tax transcript, does anyone know guys?

My second question is about the documents I am sending. So the cover sheet is asking for the applicants documents and then the petitioner's:

The first  underlined line is only about the applicant's documents? So my wife is the applicant and this is her first marriage. however, I am the petitioner and I had a previous marriage and the divorce happened in the US. so do I include the divorce paper in my pie of docs as part of the Petitioner's civil docs? or should I mark available the previous marraiges with translation line and put it under the applicant's pile of paper?

thank you in advance

OMG!! We just got the email that our case is complete!! I'm with my husband now in Turkey & he yelled from the other room "I got an email from NVC!" Our status has changed to "at NVC" & the email says that now they'll work with the embassy to set up the interview date...I can't believe it!!

case number assigned - March 12th

first upload of documents completed - March 21st

2 documents rejected due to landscape format - March 26th

re-uploaded documents - March 29th

case complete - April 4th

Congraaaaats, that is amazing. Hope all goes well and smooth in the interview.

"2 documents rejected due to landscape format - March 26th"? when you scanned them, they were side ways and they did not want to twist their necks? lol currently I am scanning my IV docs and will email them soon. It would be great if you explain what happened there :)

Hi Muhammad - I also used the I-864EZ and filled out as much as I could on the PDF form before printing and completing. When I did that, it automatically populated that field in Part 9. I can confirm it should be the petitioners information. And just make sure you "N/A" any section you do not need, even if it seems excessive! Good luck!

Thank you, much appreciated.

Haha yes, that's exactly it! I had 2 pages of our marriage certificate that were landscape, so I had to rescan that so it was portrait. I also had another one page document (birth certificate) that was landscape. I ended up taking a photo of it & scanned 2 docs, the English version & the Turkish version & labeled them "birth certificate 1 of 2" & "birth certificate 2 of 2". Apparently side ways docs are too much for them lol

Hello all,

My wife is not very comfortable in english and hence we are looking for an interpreter at Mumbai consulate. Do we need to hire an interpreter or will the embassy be able to help her? She is comfortable in kannada and telugu.

Thank you,

Naveen

I had the same question today. no need for photographs. Civil docs: birth certificate, marriage/divorce certificates.
