Yes there is option to send it to email or you can save the print and print later when you need it

Congratulations, it seems like nvc is working fast on getting recently sd to cases complete with 2weeks or less..

Got NVC welcome letter with case number and other details today (4/4/2018). NVC received from USCIS on 02/21/2018. Had filled DS-261 two days back. Now, as AoS fee link was open, I paid it. 

I have heard that only after they review the DS-261, the process moves further. As I was able to pay the AoS fee, should I assume that they have reviewed my DS-261? :)

Regarding 'submit Docs in ONE package', it is same for me too. But mine is not PIVOT. If they have specifically mentioned about electronically submitting the IV and AoS documents, then it's a PIVOT case. :)

No u get welcome letter normally before u pay but you’ll receive it maybe before the week end

Did you receive the e-mail in the afternoon? They also received mine on the same date as yours but i have not yet got an e-mail from them
