I sent out evrything they asked for in March and had a scan date of 03/26 does it stay like that until case closes? I called NVC to make sure that was all they were asking for and they told me that i had followed all steps and that i just needed to wait up to 6 weeks to get case review

I guess I didn’t get luck today...the person answering the phone was very unenthusiastic...just said received January 31st, went to supervisor on March 29th and working on it....

not it helpful at all...when will my case number saga ends?  It is already 9 weeks.

I'm with you - exact same story here. Feb 2nd, still waiting, absolutely no news and no enthusiasm from the rep. "Was sent to supervisor and can take 6 weeks to review" was all I got...

Hello guys,

I am filling out I-864 and in part 3 Items 12-14, it is asking if I am a US citizen or National. what is the difference? if I was naturalized, I am a citizen, or if I was born in here, I am a national?

Thanks

from google

All U.S. citizens are U.S. nationals, but there are some who are U.S. nationals but are not U.S. citizens. ... U.S. national is a person born in or having ties with "an outlying possession of the United States" which is as of 2005, only American Samoa and Swains Island.

Hello again, one more question about the I-864 :)

So in Part 9 for additional information. it is asking for name in the first question, do I need to put the applicant's name or the petitioner's name?

I need to add more in formation in the address part.

thank you

It is about interpreter. If you dont have one, you don’t have to fill it out.

Thank you for the explanation. I guess I forgot to add EZ :)

I meant Part 9 in i-864, it is for the additional information in this form. the interpreter is in part 7 here.

I am assuming i should put my name? the addition is for the address of the applicant. it was not enough space for all the info.
