I know, it is dreading for most of us.

I don't have a similar experience, but I received an email from NVC today, saying very clearly that I must take action and upload corrected/missing documents to complete my case. Had they require you to upload the documents, I think they would tell you to do that very clearly, so I don't think you need to worry.

Also, only a couple of days ago, someone posted something very similar in this thread, you may want to have a look at last week's posts.

Good luck!

We also got an notice to upload additional docs on Friday. Hoping they will review quickly and we can get a CC this week! Do you have any idea when interviews are being scheduled in Ankara right now?

Hello guys! We finally received our NVC case number today, it was issued on the 27th (42 days exactly) according to the case number. But when I tried to access the case to choose an agent using the new case number it says “ case is not eligible for further processing “ is this normal or should we call nvc again?...thanks in advance!

My AOS payment status is PAID however, I still cannot pay IV fee.  Any Idea on how long do I have to wait?

Give it a day. Meanwhile call NVC to see if they are having problems on the website as such.

Just to share our experience today... we were told last week Friday that we should get our case number very soon and we are at the last stage... NVC received date as Feb 22. I called back today and had a lady that said it could take up to another six weeks but if I haven't heard back until May 14th, I should give them another call. This week is our ten week wait time.

Anyone else having this experience? What do you think? I am really at loss at this point.

Lots of people have reported being told that by NVC operators and then just get the welcome e-mail within days. If they're telling you they've put in your info / last stage etc, then I would think that's a very good sign. Still waiting for the day they tell us they have any other info other than our receive date. Good luck, you sound like you're on your way.

@seck101 Have you received your interview date in Ankara yet? We just submitted some additional docs they requested but are expecting CC any day now. Wondering what date they are scheduling interviews for right now... we are hoping for June!

None yet, i think the last person to schedule interviews in Ankara mentioned it took a few weeks. Its been 2 weeks for us. I am assuming within the next week or so. We are also hoping for early June at this point!

My AOS status has been "PAID" for about 2 weeks now. Still cannot pay IV fee. I called NVC today. They told me that the reason was because the information on the DS-261 "didn't match." The kind man on the other end was unable to tell me anything more specific. The waiting is hard enough as it is without any little errors. I wonder what it could be that didn't match and what it's supposed to match with. Sigh...

USCIS:
2017-07-17: Sent I-130
2017-07-21: NOA1
2018-02-12: NOA2
NVC:
2018-03-06: NVC received case
2018-04-12: NVC Case #
2018-05-10: Pay IV fee

2018-05-16: Submit AoS/IV documents
2018-05-21: Scan Date
2018-05-24: Case Complete

2018-05-29: Interview scheduled for July

Embassy:

If you haven't already done so, give NVC a call and ask for them to review your DS-261. That may or may not be the reason your Immigration Visa fee has not been invoiced yet.
