NVC Filers - April 2018

Hey guys! We just got approved last week and I'm just looking to get prepared for the NVC stage. My husband is currently working in Italy but he's from Ireland and will be moving back by the end of the month. He's been in Italy since October and worked in Greece the year before for about 8 months. Does he need to get police certificates from Greece and Italy or just Ireland?

That was super fast. Your timeline give me hopes. BTW I saw you are from Singapore. I was there last year with my wife, amazing place.

I believe ALL 3 countries he needs the police certificates

Oh you just got an email from NVC that means they are open right now? I believe it is 3:15am Eastern time right now not until 7am they open the office if I'm not mistaken  By the way, congrats!!

I have a feeling it's the embassy that is working but the email somehow come from NVC! The embassy replied to my email (really fast) and advised that a new interview date can be weeks or months away... so I am going to have to cancel my vacation plans

I sent my RFE via snail mail on Jan. 9 overseas and got approved on Jan. 31 that would be about 20 days between overseas>U.S. for the approval. If you sent it in the States, it would be about a week or less maybe so it depend on the case. They asked me for the judge's signature of the divorce decree.

Hello everyone please i need an urgent reply to this question,please while sending out the birth certificate for Nigerians ie the one from NPC,please do I need to include the sworn affidavit from court or do I just send out the certificate alone?please someone should help me it’s urgent
