Hey all, I JUST RECEIVED MY CASE # AFTER 10 LOOOOONNNNGGG WEEKS!!!! NVC RECEIVED: Feb 14 CASE # & INVOICE ID # RECEIVED: April 25 PIVOT CASE.

NVC sent 19 apriL 2018

NVC received 27 apriL 2018 today.

She told me that my case will be pivot and it may take upto 8 weeks to get case number!

Hopefully they are moving on!!!

Your timeline says you were approved on April 10th and NVC received your approved petition today

JUST TO INFORM YOU FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO PAY OVER THE WEEKEND, THE SYSTEM WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. NVC POSTED THIS MESSAGE IN THEIR WEBSITE

 

On Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until Sunday, April 29, 2018 at 12:00 a.m. (Washington, D.C. time), online fee payment will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Maintenance is expected to be completed by 12:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 29, 2018, but may extend beyond this time. If you try to make a payment during this time, you may receive an error message.

Do you know how can i find out whether dhaka embassy in Bangladesh is pivot or non pivot? Thanks

You can call them and find out. A lot of embassies are converting to Pivot. They took out the list that they had previously posted because of this

Documents will not be in queue for viewing until you have a case number and you supposed to send a copy of the police certificate to NVC. Otherwise , you will get a checklist for that. Police Certificate is valid for one year

Yeah status change of approved on uscis website  was on 10 apriL but the approval date on NOA 2 is 7 apriL.

And yes NVC received case today.

Alright. Simply means you were approved on the 7th
