Hey all, I JUST RECEIVED MY CASE # AFTER 10 LOOOOONNNNGGG WEEKS!!!! NVC RECEIVED: Feb 14 CASE # & INVOICE ID # RECEIVED: April 25 PIVOT CASE.

PAID AOS & IV FEE = 20 APR 2018

FEE DEDUCTED = 25 APR 2018

DS260/CIVIL DOCS/ AOS SUBMITTED = 26 APR 2018

WAITING FOR CC :D

Two weeks ago I called and was told that the timeframe was 11 weeks! Then I called the week after and that reduced to 8 and on Friday I was given my case and invoice #. They were really backed up but I can see they’re moving faster!

Faster??? Im regular case..they recived my case on march 20...nd till now...nothing yet.. no case number yet

Aha! I didn't realize you were a fellow Malayalee..I hope we get a headstart on interview..but they said initially that there would be some confusion as Mumbai embassy doesn't see electronically processed cases..aaarkkariyaam...lol just praying for the rest to go well! I just realized we have  the same NOA1!

6weeks from your approval date OR 6weeks from when NVC received your approved petition?

Hi everyone here! We are a pivot case.

It was sent to the Department of States on February, 6. 

NVC received it on February, 13

got an email with case and invoice number on April, 24

Now on to the next stage😊

Have you paid the IV and AOS fees? If so, is DS260 open for you

We paid on the same day April, 24. DS 260 opened only today. And I have a question about it. Does the beneficiary have to fill it, right?

You can fill it, if you have all the information. At the end before submitting it, you will sign electronically. I filled myself on behalf of my wife.
