In our case, my wife filled i864 and her brother filed i864A

Wow!!!!! great news indeed! so happy for you. I was following your case as our dates were close. But I had a few confusions in my documents as my brother in law was also involved as a joint sponsor and also difference in my name in my birth certificate. Finally sent the documents today! hope for a quick CC too. And yes, you will get an interview date in June.

I don’t know if uploading more documents when not needed delays the interview process further. I would just call NVC again to confirm.  

I remember someone else also mentioning about missing W2. You need not submit it to NVC as far as I know. The beneficiary needs to carry a copy of it while he/she attends the interview. Hope it helps!

( I know people have NOA 2 but we had only 1 notice of approval)

Sent to NVC January 17

NVC received January 24

Case number assigned March 30

Both fees paid March 31

Fees got through April 10

CD April 12

we got checklist because my husband didn’t scan document properly.

CD2 April 18

case complete April 25

 

Status doesn’t say at NVC just accepted, but we received message about scheduling interview.

 

 

i’m exhausted from this process. Hope for everyone else it will be easier.

They mentioned signature on 5th page was incorrect needed to be petitioner signature not sponsorer's and had to send them w-2 form as well

I still don't think we made that mistake however if they said so.. we resubmitted the form with w-2 form and joint sponsor's birth certificate of passport 

The agent whom I spoke to she seemed little confused on that information however we have lawyer he checked into it and we submitted it

Yup you'll get quick CC mostly in 2 weeks or 10 days or before that as I've read many people are getting quicker cc
