I have a couple of preparation questio. Last month someone mentioned that if you submitt via upload you still have to submit via email if ceac statutus page ask you for it is that true?

Also once you submit all required and extra documents for both aos and iv sides and press submit . How do you know you are done or how do nvc knows that you are finish with your part do i have to call them to ask them to check mi docs ? Or that is something automatic and then you get case complete

I got my case number and Invoice ID today but when I enter the info on NVC to choose an agent then I get this message:

"Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error. "

Do I need to worry about this or is this just a default message before DS-261 is available?

Hi, I got the same msg, we have to wait until they unlock system or we receive the welcome letter. probably 4 to 10 days wait

Any other pivot case approved today? Which receive dates are they currently working on? Mouna is the last one with Feb 13th, right? And I believe I read someone is about to get the case number as they are putting it into the system but I forgot which dates they had.

Hi Guys..how long does it take after paying AOS fee to get the next invoice?. money has been taken from account by nvc but still shows in progress and link for next payment not clickable.

2.Do you fill out AOS form online, print it , sign and mail it together with other documents?

After paying visa fee,how long before you can fill out visa form online?

Thanks.

Status changed to “At NVC”

On the CEAC website, we got a message saying our documents are approved and document Status changed to “accepted” for both AOS and civil documents.

Also got an email telling us all of our documents are approved by the NVC

Hello. I just wanted to ask regarding police clearance.

I'm a USC petitioning for my spouse. He already has his police clearance from the Philippines (where he is currently residing), but he's also lived in Saudi Arabia from birth until high school.

Do we still need to get one from the Saudi Embassy in the Philippines? I've read somewhere (also here in VJ, a post around 2016) that if they're not living in Saudi anymore, they won't need to get that police clearance. The only way to get that is to get it in Saudi in person.

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

Can take a couple of days or a week. If you are non-pivot, have they reviewed your DS-261? If they haven't, call them and have them do it over the phone.

For non-pivot, yes, you need to print out the i-864 and sign and mail.

You mean the DS-260? It took about a week for me but that was also because they were having some issues clearing payment.

No, you do not email, only upload. Your status will stay at "submit required documents" until you get a case complete & then it will change to "at NVC".

Once you submit all your documents you just wait. They will automatically know you completed everything. Then they will either email you if you need to submit anything else (or for me they messaged me to resubmit a document because it was sideways lol). Then you'll get the email that you are documentarily qualified & that means case complete!

4-24-17 I-130 sent to Chicago Lock Box

4-25-17 NOA 1 & sent to TSC
