Yea, for you lol. My brother quitted job before the interview and got his wife approved :D

I am working 3 more weeks, before interview date, I dont think it is a problem for the interview I think is more like a suggestion not to quit on everything if you dont get approved.

The reason why I quitted is because in this 3 years everytime he visits me I am working And we never get a chance to travel so I promise next time to be off 😁

Does anyone have an idea how long it takes to get an interview date in Montreal once you receive CC? I’m trying to get an idea of how much longer the whole process will take.

If you look at the other nvc thread cc to interview, there's a spreadsheet with all the countries including Canada. Looks like for now, it's anywhere from 30 to 60 days, with them scheduling interviews mid month. If you miss the interview scheduling period, then it seems to me you pretty much need to wait the following month for an interview date.

Hi people! How do I know if NVC has received my case already? It's pretty difficult calling them because I am at overseas at the moment. Thanks!

Skype is your best bet. Try calling using Skype

If you have got the case & invoice numbers then access to CEAC site and see if there is DS-261 or not. I was told there is no DS-261 for pivot cases. Let others chime in to answer this. Good luck!

No even if you have an attorney, there is no DS-261. It's best to ask NVC if that particular case is pivot or not.

According to the NVC to interview spreadsheet, it’s looking like around 50-60 days. May I ask how long did your case take to get Case Complete after you finally uploaded everything?
