Hi try doing that but it won't let add my name or dates. it say "view only".

I believe there is a URL at the top of the spreadsheet. Navigating to that URL should show a Google form to fill in with your information. I haven't done this, but to my knowledge this is how it is done.

USCIS:
2017-07-17: Sent I-130
2017-07-21: NOA1
2018-02-12: NOA2
NVC:
2018-03-06: NVC received case
2018-04-12: NVC Case #
2018-05-10: Pay IV fee

2018-05-16: Submit AoS/IV documents
2018-05-21: Scan Date
2018-05-24: Case Complete

2018-05-29: Interview scheduled for July

Embassy:

2018-07-17: Interview date

I am in the process of uploading documents to CEAC. One of the categories of required documents is “photographs”. Do I need to include a digital photograph with my application or should the photos only be brought to the visa interview?

You can do either. If you have photos on hand, doesn’t hurt to upload. Others uploaded a screenshot saying photos will be brought to interviews.

Hi people! How do I know if NVC has received my case already? It's pretty difficult calling them because I am at overseas at the moment. Thanks!

I looked up your timeline and didn't see any NOA2. When did your case been sent to Department of State?

Hi, I haven't updated it yet. But it was approved on March 28th and was sent to the DoS on April 9th.

Not that difficult. The NVC is opened from 7am EST to midnight. It is quite easy to get through to NVC with maximum wait of 15 minutes or so. It is so much better than USCIS.

Thanks. You should email> ASK NVC site to request the status of your case. They received mine 2 weeks from DOS to NVC. Then about 5-6 weeks you should be able to receive case/IN numbers.
