Hi there-

I was wondering how long document review  to case complete it is taking if you had a checklist? I submitted the documents they wanted and now am in a holding pattern. :(

I was almost to the finish line and here I am waiting again.. They were so quick last time, my 1st scan date was March 28 and I got the checklist on April 9. just 10 days.

I know nvc schedules interviews when there are open slots at the consulate. My question is, after you get a case complete do they schedule interviews simply based on CC date, or priorotize for thoe based on when the i130 petition was filed? This is only referring to spouse of US citizen petition.

CC date

It takes up to 2 weeks from last scan date/ checklist date. However it can end up taking more completely depends. I had checklist and I got cc after 12 days
