I'm new to this thread just got my CC today 4/19 for CDJ. I have been looking at the spread sheet for our consulate and it seems like Mexico is taking forever to schedule interviews, or either people dokt update it is what I keep telling myself. Keep us updated on your case good luck!

To my fellow Mexican peeps, what is the latest on CDJ as far as handling and processing interview dates? And to any of my fellow VJ peeps please feel free to share any Intel thanks !

They don’t allow any electronics in the embassy. 

I don’t know if that’s the protocol in all embasssies but ISB embassy does not allow any phones/iPads inside. 

 

Have you called NVC to ask if they are still scheduling in May for ISB embassy or June?

i just called to see if i have date and lady said busy embassy so not yet. sounds like they schedule interviews end/beg of each month so I THINK they will start next week and schedule for june and if i get beginning of june im ok with that.

Oh so it is a busy embassy.. I was hoping it wasn’t. In that case they probably did already fill all of the May slots. 

 

I submitted everything yesterday and hoping for a CC before the end of the month. Really hope I’ll get an interview in June too.

My IV package was received on 3/26/18 so I was surprised to hear from them so soon since I've been reading that the average is about 11 weeks before your documents are completely reviewed

r u pak embassy cant tell since u dont have flag. if u are, then i got cc in 1 week so that should tell u how soon to expect...

Yes, my husband will interview in Pakistan. I hope our CC will be quick too!

Thankfully I am going to see my husband next month. The waiting is definitely frustrating  I was going to wait but then I saw CDJ is taking 3-4 months to schedule interviews which would have almost put as at the 1 year since seeing each other last  Good luck, fingers crossed that you get an interview soon!

Expect a date end of this month. Maybe it will be for June. If you are in the queue early u will get for May.
