We are desperate to get a CDJ date too. We just got CC 3/30 but I am expecting in mid July and and afraid he won't be here for it!!! Do they always give interviews by CC date and not priority date?

Scan date is the day they received and scan your documents to their system pending review. So you will start counting from that day. They probably will tell you it takes about 11 weeks to CC but recently it has been taken 3-5 weeks.

Please are there any Nigerians with cc around early March who have gotten interview dates? 

My cc is March 12th and nothing yet and I have seen a lot of Nigerians getting scheduled.
