Do we need to take the new i-864 form filled up, to the interview?? I have my interview May first week.....

I can finally see the light at the end of this long tunnel!!

Interview date- May 18th. Exactly a month today!!! I'm so excited because I had already given up on a May date, I was expecting June. 

I received the letter this morning. I didn't call.

No don't give up yet, i'm sure u already have a date because we have the same cc date. And a friend of mine here whose cc was 8 days after ours also got a date today for May 24th, LAGOS Embassy as well. 

If you haven't received a mail yet please call NVC, I'm certain they will tell you ur date. Let me know.

So guys today i reveive NOA2 of approval notice by maiL.

Case was approved already a week on uscis website on 9 apriL 2018.

But the date on notice is (notice date 4-7-18)

SecondLy on the NOA2 it is written that

(As the Petitioner Requests,we have sent the case to Deparment of State National Visa center NVC

You should allow a minimum of 30 days for U.S department of state processing before contacting NVC)

So guys i am little confused is petition already sent to nvc,as the status on uscis website still shows approved?

10 days are passed should i contact nvc now?

no it probably hasnt been sent as texas usually 5-6 weeks to send documents to the nvc. but you can call at least once or twice a week until it arrives.

I just woke up this morning to my wife's interview P4 Letter. NVC only gives us 2.5 weeks to the interview but I am still very excited.

 

Lagos Consulate, Interview date: May 8 

 

Now she has to get medical done and prepare for interview in 2 weeks. We almost lost hope for May interview date.

I finished talking to NVC now,they told me that probably I will get interview date in may,my fingers cross

Are they still scheduling for next month? When did you received your cc letter?
