A lot of people are getting the police letter in Juarez. But I believe a family member can request it. as long as you take the things they request. you can call and ask. Because what if Juarez they can't give it to you.

Yeah I'm gonna have to ask to make sure

the two hotels I have been looking at to stay at is  Microtel inn & suites by wyndham and

Holiday inn express & suites

They're getting booked up pretty fast! I know it'll be worth it at the end but it gets expensive for so many days

I would also recommend contacting your closest Mexican Consulate (there are several in California) to see if they are able to request one for you, or if they can give you info on how to obtain one without having to go to Mexico to get it. I am not sure if someone else can get the certificate for him. My wife is living in Morelia, so I don't know the process for someone outside of Mexico.

We have one 10 minutes away I didn't think about doing that but I definitely will give them a visit now thank you😊

I took all the documents from the checklist but they only asked me for my ds-260 confirmation, appt letter, birth certificate and marriage certificate.

But in there you can hear other people’s process and there was people that had to show a lot more things.

The interview was only less than 5 mins , the waiting inside for it was like 2hrs.

They asked about my petitioner, my husband, and about what he does for a living. About his siblings. Also about when, how and with who i entered the country, and then if i was going to work when i came back. And that was it!

Congratulations, if I may ask, we're you living in the US before now and what do you mean by your last sentence

Yes, i lived in the US and thats where i met and married my husband. I only came back out to get the visa. I had a waiver to pardon the 10 year bar for being in the country illegally.
