I currently have a copy of the employment letter required as evidence for the affidavit of support. Would that be sufficient or would I require the original version of the letter?

Typically it is best practice to have forms and letters signed with the "wet ink" signature for your interview. But if you have tax transcripts, pay stubs, or financial statements, I know those can be photocopies. London would probably let you off with a photocopy. They aren't that strict unless you have a really dodgy case full of red flags.

That's good to hear, as my interview is pretty is soon and I don't think I've got time for it to be sent in the mail. Thank you.

My fiance employment letter was sent to him from HR electronically as a .pdf so we didn't have a wet signature. I also provided bank statement print outs and w2 and all was fine.

I think as long as they earn enough they don't care. I heard the lady before me had provided w2 and bank letter and they weren't happy with this and asked for her most recent tax return as well. So I can only assume her earnings were close to the poverty line limit.

I was only able to get my hands on the employment letter as evidence, but $81k for 5 people is way above the line. Is taking one piece of evidence going to cause any issues do you think?

They have accepted employment letter only on a number of people in the past. Doesn't she have a tax return or transcript she could email you as backup?

I'll see what I can get a hold of, hopefully a tax transcript as you say.
