Can any one help me with sample of how to fill current Form  DS-260?. I will appreciate if someone can get me filled sample of the form.

Thanks for your reply. I have the sample of the form, but they said answer NO and yes to the same question which is confusing. That was the reason i want to see if i can get the already filled form of D-260. I will appreciate if you can be of help.

That's probably because ONLY YOU will now if it should be yes or no. You can't just looked at a sample form and write what the sample form says. What's the question you're stuck on?

Thanks for your reply, is now clear to me that i am the one who should know if answers to questions should either be YES or NO. Another question is do i have to show an evidence of how i met my wife on dating site before we met in person?. Also what are the actual required documents i need to submit and that which my wife should submit to make sure it meet the NVC standardized of their required document to make sure they will complete and accept my case?

Yes I understand. But read exactly. On the top it always says: “If you’re ... then you’re answer may be ... and then scroll down and look up the questions
