Head of household or single for I-134

Just got our NOA2 a couple of weeks ago, so I'm now preparing our i-134. Just have some questions regarding tax stuff.

 

My USC fiancée filed her taxes as head of household, she's supporting both her parents who don't live with her. She's over and beyond 125% of the poverty line, so no worries on that front.

 

I'm just wondering if her declaring that she's the head of household affects our I-134? Any possible impact? Shouldn't she file as single? 

 

If she needs to declare as single for her upcoming tax filing, how does she go about it?

If she qualified for HOH filing status, then she was fine to file that way. Having parents as a dependent is permitted for HOH status.

The side-effect of this is that she would need to include them in her household size for the I-134 (and I-864 for AOS later), and meet the income level for the larger household size.

Yeah, her income meets the requirements even if she is the head of household. Thanks so much!
