You can start emailing the consulate asking them to provide you with an interview date. Do not wait for them to contact you, because you'll be waiting awhile if you do. Be sure to include the DOB of both the petitioner and beneficiary, as well as the USCIS receipt number (WAC....) and the NVC case number.

Email: IVCasablanca@state.gov

Yes, you can complete the DS-160 now.

these should be in upper right hand corner of each and every page you send

case number

both names

both DOB's

as said above

you will get from embassy a list of doctors for the medical exam

and you will get instructions for the 2 criminal investigation reports

the  des casiers judiciaires and Fiche anthropométrique

both the medical and crinimal reports need to be translated into English and taken with the original Arabic to the interview

For K1 cases, the consulate schedules the interview. The beneficiary can email IVCasablanca@state.gov to request an interview date once the case is listed as 'Ready' on CEAC.
