I called the 1-800 number and asked them the status of my case since i can't see it on the case status page on USCIS.gov. they transferred me to Level 2 agents because level 1 agents also couldn't see the case status. Level 2 agent told me that i am in line for interview, i don't expect the interview to come sometime soon because my I-751 is still pending and my uscis office has 18-21 months of lead time for this. 

N-400, Naturalization Journey:

Filing date: April 11, 2018

Interview scheduled/rescheduled: Jan 11, 2019/Feb 13, 2019

I-485: Case updated, Welcome Notice was mailed  (07/09/15) Took 6 months and 27 days from the date of NPIW and after 10 months and 2 days of NOA 1

Welcome Notice hard copy received in mail, GC should arrive in 3 weeks (07/13/15)<p>

I went green and received my Green Card on (07/29/15)

I had the same response from a level 2 officer.

Congratulations! I wish you all the best on your upcoming interview. Please do update as soon as you get naturalized, which I'm pretty sure you'll get on the date of your interview. We both share almost the same situation. I have my pending application on removing conditions of my greencard (from K1-visa). I filed the removal of conditions last May, 2017 and still waiting for feedback. I qualified for the citizenship last June but I only filed online N400 application last month, July 2018. Completed my biometrics on July 29, 2018 at Tampa USCIS office. Now my online status for N400 application is estimated to be completed in 9 months (May 2019). But my pending greencard removal of conditions status is still the same since February this year, that my application was received at my local office. I was never invited for interview in any of my greencard applications. I just can't help but be anxious as things are all up in the air for me. I don't know if I need more requirements to suffice my application for the pending removal of conditions and why I am not receiving any letter to indicate anything I need to comply to. I do pray mine will be as smooth as how things are going for you now.

Yes, it's blown out even further!  When I applied it was 17-22 months.  On Aug 3, it was 15 - 19.5 months.  Now it's expanded by 6 months.

Not only that, but the Receipt Date for a case enquiry was Jan 2017 back on Aug 9, and has slipped back to July 2016 now.

 

 

I'm just hoping it's technical difficulties.   The only thing that hasn't changed is the estmated date for my case completion, which is Feb 2020. *sigh*

I just received an 18 months extension on my pending I-797 petition and the 18 months starts from the expiration date on the green card!!  I really don't understand what's going on... I already applied for naturalization based on 3 years rule and I'm waiting for the interview.. So,  I'm not sure why did they send this extension now??  Anyone had a similar experience??
