Exactly the same case status as yours. However, when I asked IO to check where my I751 case, she told me that my case 751 had been consolidated wiith my N400 and they are now in NBC. I highly doubted what she said because I have never received any transfer notice saying that my case was transferred to NBC.

Me too! I have not received any transfer notice from USCIS and IO told me that my case is in NBC now....What's your N400 processing time listed in your account?

Yeah, I imagined that our cases had been consolidated and sent to NBC but I also didn’t receive any notification about this transfer. When I got my stamp, the IO said that all of our cases go to the same file under our A# number but oh well, the only thing that we can do now is wait.

Do you know what the exact processing time is for San Jose office. I asked IO the same question and she told me that it's case by case......

Hey,

My case status hasn’t changed since our biometrics appointment back in April, it went from “we are reviewing your biometrics” and now it still says that “case is being actively reviewed”.

Online now it says 10 months or 9 months, I believe, I haven’t checked in awhile because once our status changes, we will receive an email.

My ROC status still say “case was received at your local office” since Feb 26th - haven’t received any updates since then.

I am sitting at that state as well. At least yours is only saying 9-10 months.   Since I am in Dallas mine is saying 23 months.....

Wow 23 months is ridiculous! Mine is saying saying estimated completion time - 10 months too..

@dassy004 Hey, a have a question for you: do you already have your 10 year green card? I applied for the N400 and my field office is Chicago as well but my I751 is still pending and I have read that the Chicago office does not conduct combo interviews...I am so worried I did a mistake by filing the N400 before getting my green card :-( Please let me know. Thank you!

Hi everyone,

Finally they approved our 2 cases "I-751 & N-400" two days ago! After 1 week from our combo interview.

I received many notifications emails from them at the same time, then I went to my account at uscis.gov to check what happened.

On bellow are the results that I saw at my account, they approved both of them. And they placed me in line for the oath ceremony.

Hi Everyone,

My wife's 10 year green card expires on January 2019, but her citizenship case won't be completed until March 2019. So, technically she won't have a green card for 3 months. Should we renew her greencard as well? Seems like a lot of money for 3 months (barring any complications). Will this affect her citizenship (N400) which is already in process.

Thank You!
