Hi April Filers! Wanted to share my timeline for my application process as well. 
I see 1 other NYC filer as the same date filed as mine, hopefully we can get our interview dates before the "projected completion date of Apr 2019".
1 year seems like a really long estimated time for a citizenship application..

Some people get: In line to the interview, some people not. I think it depends on how busy is the local office.

That's fantastic. I have been hoping to get the "in line" notice, but now I guess I should hope for them to just hurry up and schedule it already!

I can't gauge how busy my office is, but my estimate was 14 months, not 11 months like yours. So I guess it is more likely I will need to finish this after our trip in August

I checked now for your office's processing time, it is 9.5 to 15 months. Mine is 7 to 14.5 months.

The different is 1-2 months. I think you will hear something within these 60 days. Maybe your interview will be in Aug!

The letter expired this month.

We went to our biometrics appointment for the N400. We asked for a stamp and they said they couldn't do it. That we had to make an info pass appointment. Ugh! The office is two hours from our home. So it's another day off work and trip into St. Louis! We tried to do a walk-in appointment but alas that office was closed on Wednesdays! The luck! Apparently in St. Louis two separate offices do the biometrics and the immigration inquiries. It's kind of ####### because they gave some other guy a stamp as he was in there for his biometrics for removal of conditions but wouldn't give us one because we were there for biometrics for Naturalization. I tried to explain that we are still in the process of removal of conditions as well but he said the N400 being filed meant we had to deal with the immigration office now and he couldn't help us. This system is so very stressful! I'll be so glad when it is all over, which is now expected to be April 2019.

I'm sorry to hear the mess you are going through. The system is designed specifically to discourage applicants getting approval quickly.

When did you submitted your removal of conditional app? The better way to go about it was probably wait for your renewed 10 year GC, or get your info pass stamp first before you file for the N-400.

Maybe someone else that had applied for N-400 while still waiting for approval in removal of condition can better advise you on this...

Sometimes it can take a little while to update your account. Once it has updated in your account, you should see a tab that says Documents. Click on it, then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and there is a button that says upload documents.

This is the explanation on the USCIS processing time page.

So if you are lucky, and within the 50% filers, your application will be completed within 5 months from the date USCIS received the application.

What do the processing times mean?

We now show case processing times as a range. The first number is the time it takes to complete 50% of cases (the median). The second number is the time it takes to complete 93% of cases.

For non-pilot forms, we will continue to use our old method to calculate processing times, but will add an upper limit that is generally 130% of the processing time.

We calculate processing times by using historical data of completed cases. We cannot project how long it will take to complete a case filed today.

It's not looking too good for us folks in NYC, our wait time is 10.5 -17.5 months.

And I'm looking at all the month to month filers, folks filing dated back till Dec 18 are still waiting for their interview to be scheduled today.

So I'm expecting mine to come around Sep/Oct..

We now show case processing times as a range. The first number is the time it takes to complete 50% of cases (the median). The second number is the time it takes to complete 93% of cases.

For non-pilot forms, we will continue to use our old method to calculate processing times, but will add an upper limit that is generally 130% of the processing time.

We calculate processing times by using historical data of completed cases. We cannot project how long it will take to complete a case filed today.

It's not looking too good for us folks in NYC, our wait time is 10.5 -17.5 months.

And I'm looking at all the month to month filers, folks filing dated back till Dec 18 are still waiting for their interview to be scheduled today.

So I'm expecting mine to come around Sep/Oct..

I had not seen that explanation before. Thanks for posting that. In looking at the few people from Indy who have posted on VJ, it seems like many of them had their cases completed within 6 months or just a little over, but of course that is a very small representation of all the cases that go through Indy, and each case is different.
