 I scheduled my appointment at u.s embassy manila last march 19 but the day before my appointment i receive an email saying that i should not come my march 19 interview appointment because my name and date of birth in atlas does not match their records. And also i need to provide them my case number as requested by the embassy and i gave them my case number. Then they replied that i need to reschedule my appointment but i cant schedule for another appointment because the receipt no. I entered it says that "No valid record found for the receipt no.". Can you help me how can i book for another appointment.?

How many times had you changed the interview date? Because each receipt has a limit.
