Hi All,

I just had my AOS interview with the USCIS. I am a dependent of an EB3 "petitioner". Im curious to learn your time lines? How long does it take for USCIS to receive results of fingerprinting?

The interview went great, he pretty much told me I'm approved and that they are just waiting on the fingerprints.

I do have a DUI on my record, I fully disclosed it. He said there was nothign to worry about. Honestly, this was the best experience we chatted about football/hockey/his retirement next year. Genuinely a really good guy and said he would have approved me if i my biometrics werent taking so long.He said that as soon as he received the biometrics it would take another 4-6 weeks to get my card.

So here is the timeline.

Feb 12 - Received letter for interview
Feb 26 - Received letter for biometrics (when I received the date had already passed, so I got them rescheduled for the week before my interview)
3/23 - Got Biometrics done (this was the friday before)
3/27 - had Interviewed with IO to adjust to GC

Does anyone have any experience with getting biometrics done right before the interview. How long did it take? Im excited and nervous at the same time, because i do know he said i was approved, but i wont believe it until i see it online or get my card in my hand. I've been waiting 10+ years, I just want to know already lol. Any information and help would be great!

Thanks,

Arun
