Hi there,

I filed my AOS and EAD paperwork together with the Chicago office. I received NOA's for both of them. On the NOA for the AOS my last name is misspelled by one letter. (On the notice for the EAD my name is spelt correctly).

Does anyone have a similar problem? I was wondering whether I should:

a) call the USCIS,

B) write to the USCIS,

c) wait for when I go to the Biometrics appointment and bring it up with the officer there?

d) ??

Thanks for any suggestions based on your experience.

Alex

Yes, my wife's name was misspelled by one letter on our i130 noa1. Call the 1-800 number and report it. They sent me a notification that it was corrected a month later, but it did not delay anything, i was given a case number to prove i had corrected it if anyone asked.
