I-129F Fiance Letter of Intent address question

I downloaded the petitioner and beneficiary "Fiance Letter of Intent" documents from another website and they had two versions... one for the petitioner and one for the beneficiary.  I filled out my info on the petitioner one, and my girlfriend filled out her info on the beneficiary one.  But I noticed that BOTH versions wanted MY (the petitioner's) name, address, and number at the top.  And the example on this website that you can download, which can be used for both the petitioner or the beneficiary (one file instead of two), says the name, address, and number can be EITHER the petitioner's OR the beneficiary's.  I just had my girlfriend put MY (the petitioner's) name, address, and number on her print out with her info and her signature.  Is that okay? Does it matter?  Will the USCIS reject it if it does not have HER name, address, and number? I'm concerned. Thanks.
