They are still working on September. Very few LUCKY November filers got approved early but right now the focus is on September filers. Someone at USCIS probably accidentally opened a box of November filers but they are only supposed to be working on September -- unless there was an expedite.

You can follow other November filers here:

Don't get too caught up on those dates.  They do not always do things in a logical order.  You will drive yourself crazy.  We filed on June 6 and people who filed in November (5 months later) were getting approved before us.  Just relax and expect the whole journey to be in the 9 to 10 month range to POE.  It is currently 5 to 6 months for NOA2 but things seem to be getting better all the time.  There are still over 1000 September filers waiting and honestly, there are still June filers waiting.  There is no logic.  Just relax and focus on your loved one, not the process.

Mine was 9 months and 7 days.  There was a May filer who got approved this week at 10 months and 3 days.  There was also a November filer who got through in 46 days.  Don't think about it.  It will drive you crazy.
