How do I know if m RFE was received ???

I received an RFE on March 16 2018 and responded to it (Potomac Service Center)on March 20th (it was scheduled to be received on Marched 22) and I checked my status on the USCIS website it still hasn’t been updated. The messed up part is that I lost my tracking number with the USPS. ikr stupid me . I called USCIS and they couldn’t give me an update because the lady I spoke with said that she didn’t have “access” to it.  Does it usually take this long for them to update it ? How can I find out? Thank you guys 😊😊

Try creating an account at the new case tracking with DHS here: 

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

 

I had an RFE for my I-485, and 2 days after it was delivered, the status was updated. That one updates faster than the one at Case Status from USCIS. If that still doesn't tell you that they received the RFE response, try to get a Tier 2 officer when calling to USCIS. If none of that works, I would start considering doing an InfoPass appointment, or sending it again, check the time you have to respond, and don't waste any time, in case they didn't receive it.
