Processing Time Questions

Hello,

I'm confused about which field office I should check for processing times for my 485. On my receipts, it says

National Benefits Center

P.O. Box 648003

Lee's Summit, MO 64002

So when I was looking for instructions on how to check the times, it said if it says National Benefits Center, I should check processing times for my local field office. I live in West Hollywood, which is kinda its own city, so I'm not sure if I should look at the Los Angeles, Los Angeles County or California Service Center.

Also, I had a request for evidence and I already responded to it and they received it. Does the processing time start counting from when I sent the missing evidence? Or does it start when I filed the I-485? The missing evidence in question was the I-864 (Affidavit of Support). I got all the receipts for the other forms (I-485, 130, 131, 765) with the notice dated November 22, 2017. I then got the yellow letter, dated December 18th, 2017 and they received my response to it on March 1st, 2018, according to the USCIS website.  Lastly, which form should I choose when trying to figure out the processing time for my Green Card application? 485 or 130? Thank you!
