So my Fiance an I will be moving to a new state soon for her job (she is currently on a work visa I am the citizen/sponsor)  at my current job I more then meet the income qualifications. My plan was when we get where we are going, I may need to Uber drive full time till I gain regular employment.  but I digress....

My real question: lets say for whatever reason things don't work out finding typical employment and Im stuck Uber driving Longer then expected.  As long as I meet or exceed the 125% will it be a problem?  will they just tell me Ubering isnt good enough even if my income is consistent, and above what they require?

Again, this isnt the Ideal plan we have in place. But I like to always have back ups in mind...because..well....life...... isn't anything if not unexpected and unpredictable.

Income is income. They're not going to care what your job is as long as you meet the income requirements.
