This is called front-loading the petition. These are not required for the I-129F (they don't examine the relationship with the I-129F), but can be included anyway as they will be forwarded to the embassy for the CO to potentially review before the interview. Don't go overboard, but some evidence is certainly fine.

Relationship evidence is needed for the embassy interview, too.

  1. Not needed or usable with the I-129F. The I-134 + supporting evidence is presented at the interview. There's no benefit to sending it now, and would likely be outdated by the time of the interview (~8-10 months from filing).
  2. Same as #1
  3. Yes
  4. Yes
  5. Not needed...they don't care about support at this stage.
    1. A letter of intent to marry (handwritten or typed/printed) is necessary. This must be signed. Both the petitioner and beneficiary should have a signed letter.
  6. Same as #1
  7. Same as #1.
    1. Also not necessary if you live within the US already.
  8. Yes (this is one form of proof of being a USC)
  9. Yes...
  10. 2 x US-style passport photos from both the petitioner and beneficiary are required. These are not "visa photos", though.

9. Visa fee payment

  1. Not needed with the I-129F.
  2. Not needed with the I-129F.
  3. Not needed at all.
  4. This is also front-loading.
  5. See above.
  6. See above.
  7. Not needed. When the case gets to the embassy and she is ready to do the medical, the medical center may want to see her vaccination history.
  8. See #10 in the section above re: passport photos.
  9. Not needed at this time. She will apply for the visa after the I-129F is approved and goes through NVC.

You forgot 2 important items off-hand: The I-129F payment and the signed cover letter.

The cover letter sample in that link says that I need the G-325A, Biographic Information form also. I have not seen this as being needed anyplace else. Is this in fact necessary?

Unfortunately, the sample cover is outdated. The G-325A is no longer required since early 2017.

In the instructions it says to include copies, but to be prepared in the case that the originals are requested.
