Did not recieve hard copy or txt message

Hello,

 

We filed for our K1 jan 23rd and my fiancee received an email with a case #.

My Fiance didn't receive anything else, so no hard copy and no txt message.

If I log on to the  uscis website with our case# it says case was received Jan 29th.

 

My Fiance called with uscis and she asked them that she never got a hardcopy or txt message and asked them if they could send the hardcopy again,.

Their response was that they couldn't since it's not showing that it wasn't delivered.

 

What can we do to get a hardcopy? I wanna visit my fiance, and I think a hard copy might become handy.

Well that’s ridiculous of them.

 

I would call again to get a different agent and request it again.
