HI,

I am in a process of filing up the Form "Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application (DS-260)" for my mother. There is a question on the form about Vaccination records. The question reads "Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

What do I chose for the answer  "YES" or "NO"?

She hasn't gone through the medical check up yet. We are not sure what Vaccination records will be needed,

Also, there is a question for Social Security, which reads "Do you want the Social Security Administration to issue a Social Security number and a card?

What do I say here "Yes" or No"?

What are others doing?

Thanks for your help.

These questions are obvious but let me help.

If you do not have the necessary vaccinations then the answer is NO and you can note vaccines will be obtained prior to interview or arrival into the US.

If you are going to require a social security number when you get to the US then the answer will be YES.

Hi,

I am sponsoring Immigrant visa for both of my parents. I am in the process of filling up I-864.

Since I am filling up separate i864 for my parents, what should I answer for the question no. 2 of section 3. which reads as "I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of principal immigrants named in Part 2 (Do not include any relative listed on Separate VIsa petition)"

The last part of the questions is confusing me. Does "Separate VIsa Petition" mean separate i-130 for my parents?

Thanks for your help.
