Hi,

Filling out I-131. The example on VJ has me confused.on part 3 underneath it says. If applying for non daca parole advancement skip to part 7,DACA receipinets must complete part 4.... but on the example it has part 4 completed and on other examples I saw people who were non DACA recipients completed part 4.

I am just wondering should I fill out PArt 4 or not?

Thanks

The current in-form instruction says to skip Part 4 if you're a non-DACA AP applicant so it is OK to skip. Nothing to worry about.

If you happen to fill it, it shouldn't be an issue either. I will admit that I personally filled it out but kept it simple with 'N/A. Concurrent filing with I-485 for adjustment of status from K-1. No planned travels as of filing date.'

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
