In the same boat here, when I checked yesterday it gave me the User-Defined Error and it's still happening today.  Our other tracking number still works fine.

K1 Condensed Timeline:

02/27/17 - I-129F sent; 03/10/17 - NOA1 hard copy received; 06/15/17 - NOA2 hard copy received; 07/16/17 - NVC processing completed; 08/24/17 - Interview (Approved); 09/04/17 - Visa in Hand; 10/26/17 - POE; 12/20/17 - Marriage

 

AOS Condensed Timeline:

02/06/18 - I-485 sent; 02/20/18 - NOA1 hard copy received; 03/09/18 - Biometrics Completed; 04/21/18 - Interview Appointment Letter Received; 05/14/18 - Interview; 06/08/18 - Approved/Card in Production; 06/16/18 - GC Received

 

RoC Condensed Timeline:

3/10/20 - I-751 sent; 3/20/20 - NOA received - LIN; 3/10/21 - Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Reused; 4/05/21 - New Card is Being Produced

 

N400

03/25/21 - Application filed online; 01/15/22 - Interview Scheduled Notification;  02/22/22 - Interview; 02/22/22 - Interview Passed and Same Day Oath Ceremony.  DONE!!!

I got the same thing Sunday night. I called and spoke with a tier two officer and she said it was a system error and from her end the case is fine.

Yup, same here. My wife was just able to talk to Tier 2 and she said that case is fine. 

I was kinda of bummed out though. Her USCIS account says there was an update made last Saturday on the I-485 (when we click on the application number, it shows a blank page) and I was expecting it to be the interview scheduling (she is already in line for interview) but the officer told her it's still in line. Must be a glitch in the system. 

 

Anyway, I want to thank you guys. It's comforting to know we are in it together!

FYI, see my post. There might not be any update...maybe a glitch.

I have an validation error since last week on my Aos. Today I received an email from my dhs account that there was an update last March 19. But when I view it there’s no dated on that day. How accurate is that email

I have same issue. My i765 says sent march 2018 and everything is fine. My i485 says user defined error since.march tho.
