Filing the I-130 for DCF in Johannesburg but also wanting to get all documentation ready as we are working with several countries where we have resided.  Does anyone have a list of the required paperwork?  I am confused about the police clearance paperwork.  Does this need to be for the US citizen or the non-US citizen?  Thank you!

The police certificate is only for the beneficiary, i.e. the non US citizen. Most embassies will have a checklist of what to bring, I think this is the one for Johannesburg: https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/JHN_Johannesburg.pdf . On page 3 you'll find a pre interview checklist which lists what to bring, including the police clearance.

Note that when the checklist references "you" as in "your original birth certificate" they mean the beneficiary.

Thanks for the clarification, Jorge!
