hi.

My case I-130 is approved from uscis. Case is registered in  USCIS 24 april 2017, and now it is sent from uscis to 8 jan 2018 to NVC for pre processing. 

Can any body tell me, now whats the next procedure. whats take its time to perform any action from NVC. because father can not get any pop up from NVC. Not receive any challan or fee payment receipts form NVC.

And also tell me what is my visa category i'm little bit confuse , I'm unmarried child 22 years old i.e F-1 OR  F-2 visa category .

Call NVC & provide them your Receipt Number to get all required information::: National Visa Center at phone number (603) 334-0700

  • 05/07/2018 - Documents Mailed to NVC
  • 05/10/2018 - NVC Received Documents ( SD )
  • 05/15/2018 - Case Completed - ( CC )
  • 06/01/2018 - Interview Schedule For 07/08/2018
  • 07/08/2018 - VISA APPROVED

is your mom a US born citizen or did she become a citizen

 

if she was born a US citizen, didn't she qualify to pass her citizenship to you?

 

if not, why didn't she file for you instead of your dad?
