My fiancé got her interview attended at the us ambassy

The interview went smoothly

The OC congrats her telling her her that the visa was approved

The next two days the status case was showing ready

After that the case was under administrative processing

Any one on here is in the same case status?

Iam little bit worried 😓

Everyone goes through AP. It's standard. Can be 1-2 days, 1-2 weeks, 1-2 months, even some rare cases 1+ years.

Having been told they are approved is a good thing though.

What country is the beneficiary from?

Iam from algeria

I heard that going under administrative processing

It's not a good sign

Do you what the next status can be shown after that?

Again being told Approved is a good sign. Going under AP is standard for everyone. My husband was under AP for 2-3 days. For Algeria, perhaps can be longer as they do checks; but again being told approved is definately a good sign. Did they keep their passport?

At this point really it's a waiting game.
