List of Items Required after NOA2

Hi everyone! My fiance is expecting his NOA2 to arrive at the end of July, and I am wondering if someone could provide a list of what forms/items I need to send to him before his interview, and also what forms/items he should prepare before his interview as well. I heard he needs some sort of medical exam and am wondering if he can get it done at any physician's office and also if he needs to provide a birth certificate at the interview. He is Chinese so some of these items will be difficult to obtain, so I would like to start as early as possible. If there is another page that can give me this info, I would appreciate it as well! Thank you!

The requirements vary by consulate. What consulate will he go through?

Yes, a medical will be required. This must be performed by a panel physician approved by the consulate. So again this varies by consulate.

The website of the consulate he will be interviewing at will be a good start for added information

Thanks for your responses. I went to the consulate page (it is the Guangzhou consulate btw) and only found:  "After you have completed the steps included on the Fiancé(e) Visa Process, the National Visa Center (NVC) will conduct preliminary processing on your case.  Your case will then be forwarded to U.S. Consulate General Guangzhou for pre-interview processing.  You will receive a notification to complete the required visa application form (DS-160) and prepare the necessary documents." I am wondering if anyone knows what the necessary documents are, so my fiance and I can prepare them in advance. Thanks again!

Here's the latest Packet 3 that I could find for that consulate, from an official source. You can use it as a guide, but be sure to double-check it against the notice the beneficiary will receive in case there are updates:

And here's another recent thread specific to that consulate:
