I just filed my roc  and i received a extension letter Is it ok to travel with extension letter and  my gc about to expired.hows your experienced guys?there will be no delay or problem when i get back to usa since my gc going to expire?

An extension letter is exactly that.  It extends your GC and ALL immigration benefits (including the ability to travel and re-enter).  Just carry the GC and the extension letter should you do so

Take green card and extension letter with you and you will be fine. i just came after one month no problem at all.

I would print this out if you feel more comfortable. I do have a PDF of USCIS Guidance for ground personnel but I am not able to upload this. If you need it let me know. We printed out the relevant pages and kept it with the passport and letter.
